Early-Bird: Register by 11:59 p.m. on 2/14/2025 and you will be entered to win a free registration (full reimbursement of paid registration).

Registration Deadline: Deadline to preregister is 3/17/2025. Registrations received after 3/17/2025 and on-site will incur a $50 late processing fee.
|
Refunds: Full refunds are available prior to 3/17/2025. All voluntary cancellations after 3/17/2025 will incur a $50 cancellation processing fee.
|
Cancellation of Event Notice: If the 2025 Annual Conference is canceled due to COVID-19 or other restrictions, full refunds will be issued.
