I really enjoyed our time together and appreciate the participation and engagement during our Saturday morning session. I have provided a sample DiSC report for you to review (click here). If you are interested in your own report, I am offering a discount for a limited time. The assessments are normally $75 each, and I can offer them to the OCRA attendees for $50 each, until May 15. If you decide to have a second person take an assessment, I can include the comparison report, which you can click here to view a sample comparison report. Just prior to the 2022 contest results, a surprise announcement was made renaming the Realtime Contest to the Karoscik Realtime Contest in honor of Donna Karoscik. The Realtime Contest began in 2002. The first three contests were won by Donna Karoscik, who then retired from the contest in 2004. From 2005 to 2021, for over 16 years, Donna Karoscik was in charge of the Realtime Contest in its entirety, from creating the tests to dictation and grading. She is a champion through and through, always recruiting and encouraging members to test their limits at the Realtime Contest. For devoting herself and her talents tirelessly to OCRA, Donna will forever be recognized through the Karoscik Realtime Contest.
