The OCRA room block is available through March 12, 2025, or until sold out.

Single/Double Occupancy $135 per night (plus tax)

All OCRA activities will take place at the Cleveland Marriott East.  Included in your OCRA room block is complimentary parking and internet.

IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES

Early-Bird Registration:
Register by 11:59 p.m. on  2/14/2025 and you will be entered to win a free registration (full reimbursement of paid registration).

Registration Deadline:  
Deadline to preregister is 3/17/2025.  Registrations received after 3/17/2025 and on-site will incur a $50 late processing fee.

Refunds:  
Full refunds are available prior to 3/17/2025.  All voluntary cancellations  after 3/17/2025 will incur a $50 cancellation processing fee. 

Cancellation of Event Notice:  
If the 2025 Annual Conference is canceled due to COVID-19 or other restrictions, full refunds will be issued.

SILENT AUCTION, FUNDRAISING, AND PRIZES

The OCRA Cardinal Foundation Silent Auction will be hosted online!  All items will be available for bids beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4.  The Silent Auction tables will be set up to view in person by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, and all bidding will close at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 5.  Consider bringing an item or basket to the conference to be added to the online auction for bids.  Items big or small are happily accepted and, of course, a tax write-off!  All proceeds benefit the OCRA Cardinal Foundation.

Do you have an item to donate to the Silent Auction?  Let us know! 

Please email OCRA at ocraonline@gmail.com to provide the details of your Silent Auction item(s).  Include in your email your item description, estimated value, and attach some photos too!

MEMBERSHIP AWARDS AND STUDENT/NEW REPORTER SCHOLARSHIPS

Up to $2,250 in scholarships is available to be awarded at the 2025 Annual Conference

The deadline to apply for a student/new reporter scholarship and/or to nominate an OCRA member for a membership award is Friday, February 14. Applications are available for the 2025 Rosalie Stevens Student Scholarship, 2025 Sue Terry Technology at Your Fingertips Student Scholarship, and 2025 Vernon C. SATURDAY NIGHT PRESIDENT'S PARTY

Join us for a dazzling Denim and Diamonds Saturday night at the President’s Party!*  Shine bright like a diamond while rocking your favorite denim - think chic cowboy meets high-class glam.  Dust off your best jeans, grab your glittery accessories, and join us for a night of fun with live entertainment provided by the band Thunder Creek.  This is the perfect excuse to dress up (or down) and dance the night away!

*If you are registered for the all-inclusive option or the Saturday-only registration, the Saturday night party is included.  If you are not registered and wish to attend or bring a guest, please use the "Registration Add-Ons, Guests, and Extras" section when registering.
